We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Day 1
Arrive at Guanajuato International Airport with transfer to the hotel at 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m. or 3 p.m.
Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
2 – 6 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7 - 8 p.m.: Welcome reception with complimentary appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks at the hotel. (Alcoholic drinks are available to purchase from the bar at your own expense.)
The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 2
7:30 a.m. – noon: Breakfast at Andanza Restaurant.
A day at your leisure.
We suggest that you enjoy the hotel’s premium amenities, treat yourself to a massage at the spa, book an off-site activity, or head out to explore the charming downtown at your own pace! Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.

Day 3
7:30 a.m. – noon: Breakfast at Andanza Restaurant
The rest of the morning and early afternoon at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
3-6:30 p.m.: Taco-and-tequila walking tour; includes 6 tasting experiences with hand-crafted cocktails and food samples, a tasting map with insider recommendations and an expert guide.
• 3 p.m.: Meet in the hotel lobby.
• Depart from the hotel on foot and walk about 4 minutes to San Mezcal neighborhood bar, where you’ll start your tasty adventure.
• From there, stroll through the lively streets of San Miguel de Allende, admiring the architecture and terrain as your guide shares the history of Mexican food and spirits.
• Visit cantinas, taco stands, merchants and more, and sample a variety of regional specialties — enough samples to make up your dinner — along with delicious tequila-based cocktails.
• 6:30 p.m.: Walk back to the hotel.

Day 4
7:30 a.m. – noon: Breakfast at Andanza Restaurant
Noon: Check out of the hotel and transfer to Guanajuato International Airport, departures will be based on flight times provided .

Hotel Check-in Requirements

• By booking this DreamTrip I understand that the hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card in order to: a) place a monetary hold of US$50-200; or b) hold for incidental, security or other charges. By booking, I acknowledge having received notice of this potential charge and accept that Rovia™ recommends a credit card rather than a debit or bank card be used in the event the hotel requests the card. I understand that any such request made by the hotel is outside of the control of Rovia and is strictly a hotel policy. Should I have questions concerning the hotel’s policy, I accept responsibility for contacting the hotel independent of Rovia. 
• Upon check-in at the hotel or resort, each guest must present their passport and Mexican Tourist Card to the front desk. Mexican Tourist Cards are distributed by the airline and stamped by Mexican immigration authorities upon arrival into the country. The hotel will make copies of these documents to waive valued-added tax (VAT) charges.

• If you cancel 90 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 89 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policies:
